1. Do you only ship the UK?

Yes, currently we only ship to the UK.

2. How long does delivery take?

We ship via Evri & Royal Mmail. All orders are packed and shipped within 3 working days via a Tracked service. Once the item has been shipped you will be issued with a tracking number.

4. Do you offer refunds?

If you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Once received back in unused condition, you will be refunded for the purchase price. Please make sure you include all original paper work and tags. To request a return please go to our contacts page to request a returns form. Customers are responsible for return costs. For safety all items must be returned via a trackable method.

5. What are your payment methods?

Paypal, debit or credit card. All payments are made via our website.
